Eligio Garcia, started playing his harp at the age of 15 and people started calling him “El Mago del arpa” because of his magical sound and the enchanting sound. Eligio Garcia moved to Utah 15 years ago, with his song Coco Garcia, also a talented musician and singer, known by his local band Rumba Libre and both father and song have toured and perform their wonderful music in many festivals and states all over the world.
