Snowshoe Hike, Yoga & Wim Hoff Breathing and Ice Bath: Wildtribe Women
Saturday, December 3, from 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Get out of your comfort zone and into the ice bath. You will start your day with a meditative snowshoe adventure to reconnect with yourself and your surroundings. Next, instructor Jeremy WIlstein will guide you through the Wim Hoff method of breathing. If you have never tried it, you are in for a treat. The first time I experienced it, I swear I felt like I was levitating – it is really powerful and a tool that you can use in the future for your health and well-being.
If that wasn’t enough to get the senses going, you will top it off with a cold plunge at the Jordanelle Reservoir. I know that sounds crazy, but your body will thank you afterward. Not only does it have loads of physical benefits, but you will also be reminded of how strong and brave you truly are.
You will warm up with a light lunch and Caçao meditation ceremony. The day ends with a Restorative yoga class at Tasadan Yoga Studio with Molly Craig. This is my kind of day. I am bummed I can’t make this event but sign me up for the next one!
There are only 8 spots left so I am writing about this a bit early. It costs $155.
